Refund and cancellation policy

If the Report was delivered not in a form it was presented on the GEA website, it is possible to exchange that Report for a new one. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We are not able to refund the price of the Report if it was damaged after it was sent.
