The new Sweden’s strategy for the Arctic region consists of several insighful chapters, among others International collaboration in the Arctic, Security and Stability, Climate and the environment, Polar research and environmental monitoring, Sustainable economic development and business sector interests, Ensuring good living conditions.
We emphisize on the Ensuring and good living conditions chapter, whichcovers the topics of the GEA Project, i.e. Gender equality, Young people, Indigenous peoples’ culture and reindeer husbandry.
